In The Brain of Martine Devos: From Bestimate to Estimate – Agile Estimation & Planning

10 April 2008 No Comment

Agile methods provide useful techniques and practices for teams and their customers to improve accuracy without creating illusions of precision. Where do errors come from? What can we promise and how do we best serve the primary purpose of the software estimation process? Martine Devos gave a Skills Matter In-the-Brain Session on Wednesday, 6th June, where she guided delegates through the best techniques and perception management for estimators and their customers.
